I’m happy to be a part of this new series for The Somm Journal. Writer Laura Levy Shatkin has revived her series wherein she meets with a sommelier at a BYOB restaurant and they discuss what that sommelier would bring to a restaurant of that cuisine. This first installment was a lot of fun!
